What is next?
Please note that claims are only processed withing normal business hours. We will review the claims and submit it to the manufacture on your behalf. At this time you will receive a email with the status update and a link to submit any question or responses needed. Please do not reach to individual stores as they do not have access to the claims system.
Once the manufacturer provided a response, we will update the claim and you will be notified via email. Please be patient as response time may vary.
